Now, I will have to say good night world with a smile....

sweat it

Yeey...it's my three months now with my workout fitness program.

Start the stats with 124 lbs at first month. 2nd month - 125 lbs which i was a bit upset because instead of losing i obviously gained. But somehow it challenge me more. Then yesterday comes two days close to my three months. It got me to 121 lbs. whehehehhh! I am happy about it! It may be not as big numbers but i am proud of it. And slowly but surely

it's worth the effort.

It is never that easy along the way but i learned that it takes a lot hard-work, dedication, patience  motivation and discipline. I will never be back young again, eventually i will get old. But I owe at least something to my own self and that is to take care of  my own body. Even simple just stay fit & healthy.

I am not aiming for super hot sexy figure me but I am just as more happy in & out better these days. :-)

The past weeks...I was too worried of so many things that's been going on with my life.Today something happened that makes me ponder on despite of all worries & fears that's been bugging me. I learned that you just have to hold on to your faith & pray. Something will lighten up your day.

I am too blessed and grateful for God's blessings & everyday miracles HE bestow in me.

  

When everything seems to be an uphill climb... hang on and keep your faith... 

pray and GOD will make a way.


   

Dancing in the moonlight

I was a spectator of such a lovely beauty of mother nature...

Along the silence of the night on my window shines through the glow of the moonlight with the rainbow ring surrounding it..

Eventually I shared to Dad far across the globe what beauty i have just witnessed. And these are what he shared to me as well... it made smile.. :-) The moon in the The Netherlands..

I wonder if my adoring man ever see this beautiful moment as well... :-)

A vampire like lifestyle.. is not really as dull as everyone think. Not that i suck blood at night. Just being on graveyard shift work for four years this has been my days..up and awake in the middle of night even on weekends. :-) Still..I am grateful that i get to witness such beautiful sight.

It's priceless...  :-)

Flower of May

Today,

  Despite the hot sunny days for the past months. Mama's lil' garden never failed to amazed me with such lovely beauty. As I am about to bid farewell to a bittersweet month of May.

I still am grateful for this simple pleasures in life that i was able to witness.

Tomorrow, i shall look forward for all of her beauty to fully bloom... :-)

crazy fun

Back on the city now.. i have had a CRAZY FUN weekend with my close friend Gee and the rest of the group. New friends that is! :D

It was one FUN!!CRAZY!! weekend i have had.. ;-P And yes i did conquer my fears!!! 

one tough cookie

Taking my leave off for work today...yeepppeey! It's my mama's birthday! :-)
Didn't tell her ahead of time about it.  Soon as she found out i am home for her birthday she was glad i take my day off at work... As she always know i am this workaholic child of her. Mama's becoming pretty much emotionally sensitive as she gets older. Peace ma! :-) 

The evening comes and we had a simple gathering for her B-day. She was being serenade with songs from her friends from the church org. I am happy enough to see how overwhelmed she was on her birthday.

 
The past couple of years has been tough times for her. The loss of a better-half  then follows the death of his two brothers in just a matter of  year after. But she keeps a strong heart despite everything.

If i was on her shoe..it would probably be the hardest battle to deal with. I can still see the pain in her eyes but she keeps a steady swing with life's challenges. She's one of the most remarkable woman i know. I just hope & pray God grant her more strength.

She is definitely one tough cookie... Happy Birthday MaMa!
